Funding Agreement

If approved for funding, the organization agrees to do the following:

Host a brief meeting and photo opportunity at your facility with Project Give members to be shared on social media.
Provide volunteer opportunities.
Provide a speaker at our meeting (presentation - maximum 10 minutes) to discuss the organization and specifically the project we are funding.
Provide appropriate educational literature for friends and sponsors of Project Give.
Send acknowledgment letter promptly documenting total amount donated by Project Give.
Complete survey www.project-give.org/npsurvey.
Provide a confirmation letter detailing how funding was designated.
Submit via email a written agreement to comply with procedures.
