Funding Agreement
If approved for funding, the organization agrees to do the following:
- Host a brief meeting and photo opportunity at your facility with Project Give members to be shared on social media.
- Share and repost any shared content on your social media platforms to highlight our partnership.
- Provide volunteer opportunities.
- Provide a speaker at our meeting (presentation - maximum 10 minutes) to discuss the organization and specifically the project we are funding.
- Provide appropriate educational literature for friends and sponsors of Project Give.
- Promptly send an acknowledgement letter confirming total amount donated by Project Give as well as confirmation of how the funds were designated.
- Complete survey www.project-give.org/npsurvey.
- Submit via email a written agreement to comply with procedures.
