WELCOME NONPROFIT ORGANZIATIONS!

Picture
Project Give is inspired by the Breakfast Club (2002-2018) who generously served Northeast Ohio by donating over $200,000 to over 80 nonprofit organizations. Like Breakfast Club, Project Give aims to empower women to connect with each other and contribute to nonprofits in the surrounding communities.

WHO DOES PROJECT GIVE SUPPORT?

August 2023- A Kid Again

August 2, 2023. Project Give hosted our first event at 1899 Indoor Golf hosted by HG Agents. A Kid Again-Northern Ohio was the featured nonprofit organization. A Kid Again serves families who are raising children living with life-threatening conditions across the Northern Ohio region. They do so by providing cost-free, fun-filled destination events throughout the year called Adventures. Through these Adventures, families can take a break from doctor visits and hospital stays and enjoy quality time together.
Project Give's $5000 donation paid for lunch for attendees of our October 7th Ramseyer's Farms Fall Festival Adventure.

November 2023- Girls on the Run NEO

Project Give is seeking nonprofit organizations in need funding for special projects. Here are some examples of past charities funded by Breakfast Club.

The Boys Hope Girls Hope (BHGH) helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential from middle school through college. Breakfast Club provided funding for all residential scholars to receive new beds, box springs, and pillows while all Scholars received new sheets, comforters/blankets and towels to take to college.

Girls with Sole provides free fitness and wellness programs to empower the minds, bodies and souls of girls age 9-18 who are considered at-risk or have experienced abuse of any kind, including bullying, human trafficking, physical, emotional, and/or sexual abuse. Breakfast Club partially funded the LULU Program for approximately 20 girls. The program included 12 weeks of programming curriculum including materials for art projects, running shoes, sports bras, fitness journals, at least one 5K race, and copies of Finish Line Feeling.

Council Gardens is a culturally diverse and HUD-subsidized apartment complex in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing, and life enrichment services and programs, Council Garden houses seniors and mobility impaired adults of all ages. Council Garden learned that approximately 50% of the tenants experience food shortages. Breakfast Club donated to the Food Subsidy Project which funded the difference between the actual cost and the budgeted amount of subsidizing the fresh produce and transporting tenants to grocery stores bi-weekly.

Rockin' Frocks provides formal dresses to financially stressed teens to attend events such as Homecoming and Prom. Even though they accept private dress donations, the donations are not sufficient. Breakfast Club partially funded the purchase of new dresses in order for Rockin' Frocks to provide free and greatly reduced new and gently used dresses, accessories, shoes and jewelry to girls or woman experiencing financial hardship.
